Job Description
We are urgently hiring experienced Visa Counselors / Immigration Counselors for our Noida Sector 63 office.
The candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, counseling clients regarding suitable visa options, following up with leads and converting interested prospects into clients.
Responsibilities
- Counsel clients for Work Visa, PR, Study Visa and other immigration services
- Handle incoming leads and client enquiries
- Make regular follow-up calls with interested clients
- Explain visa process, eligibility, documentation and services clearly
- Understand the client's profile and recommend suitable options
- Handle client objections and close sales
- Maintain proper lead and follow-up records
- Coordinate with the documentation/operations team after conversion
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Requirements
- Visa/Immigration industry experience preferred
- Strong counseling and sales skills
- Good communication in Hindi & English
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
- Comfortable with calling and face-to-face client meetings
- Target-oriented and confident in closing clients
- Candidates with experience in Work Visa / PR / Study Abroad will be given preference
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Final salary will depend on the candidate's experience, visa industry knowledge and sales performance.
Immediate joining candidates will be preferred.
