We are looking for an experienced Regional Head to lead regional business development, marketing initiatives, and client relationship management. The role requires a professional who can build strong partnerships, manage key accounts, and ensure continuous business growth in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and relationship management, along with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
- Drive regional business growth through strategic marketing and sales initiatives
- Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities
Client & Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to strengthen partnerships
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention
Marketing & Sales Leadership
- Develop regional marketing strategies to generate leads and business
- Support sales teams in closing key deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities
- Represent the organization in regional meetings, events, and networking opportunities
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Strong experience in marketing, sales, or relationship management
- Ability to manage and grow long-term business relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
