As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to build and lead our recruitment function across multiple business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across all business divisions.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans with department heads.
- Create job descriptions and publish vacancies on Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, and other recruitment platforms.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates for leadership, white-collar, grey-collar, and blue-collar positions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and senior management.
- Negotiate salary offers and manage the complete hiring process.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Develop recruitment strategies to reduce hiring time and improve hiring quality.
- Build relationships with recruitment consultants, colleges, training institutes, and referral networks.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and candidate databases.
- Support workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives.
- Develop and implement recruitment SOPs and best practices.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interview processes.
- Hands-on experience with Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, or similar recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment tools.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with recruitment experience in Hospitality, Healthcare, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Consumer Products, BPO, E-commerce, or multi-business organizations will be preferred.
