Role Description - Sales Executive B2C
This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore, Dewas, Bhopal, and Khandwa for a B2C Sales . The B2C Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing relationships with clients and partners, conducting market research, and promoting the company's products and services. Day-to-day tasks include preparing sales proposals, presenting products to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development and Implementation skills
- Pitch, negotiate & close rooftop and ground-mounted solar deals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Conduct site visits, feasibility discussions & client follow-ups
- Coordinate with technical & project teams for smooth execution
- Maintain sales reports, lead tracking & daily activity updates
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Eligibility & Skills
- 0-2 years of Experience in sales & Marketing
- Experience in Solar / EPC / B2C sales preferred
- Field sales experience with local market knowledge
- Self-driven, target-oriented & ready for regular travel
- Basic knowledge of solar systems (training provided)
