Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and manage strong customer relationships while driving sales of banking products and services. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing portfolios, and achieving business targets through effective relationship management and cross-selling activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and other banking products.
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the organization.
- Cross-sell products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, Investment Products, and Digital Banking solutions.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, branch walk-ins, and networking activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and timely resolution of customer queries.
- Maintain customer records and update activities in CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal banking guidelines.
- Conduct customer profiling to identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding and servicing of customers.
