Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives.
- Handle independent correspondence, including letter drafting and email writing.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, book hotels, and manage itineraries.
- Provide secretarial support by preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Ensure seamless office coordination through effective communication with team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in calendar management software (e.g., Google Calendar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with discretion when handling confidential information.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
