Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Solution Architect to lead enterprise-wide Salesforce transformation initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (preferred). This is a business-facing architecture role requiring deep expertise in enterprise solution design, stakeholder consulting, technical governance, and end-to-end Salesforce architecture.
The ideal candidate should have a strong implementation background, experience leading teams of Technical Architects and Developers, conducting business discovery workshops, and translating complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Solution Architecture
- Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Cloud ecosystems.
- Design scalable, reusable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions aligned with business and technology strategy.
- Define architecture patterns, solution blueprints, data models, integration strategies, and deployment approaches.
- Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, governance, and maintainability.
- Drive enterprise architecture reviews and solution approvals.
2. Business Discovery & Stakeholder Management
- Conduct Discovery Workshops with business stakeholders, product owners, sales teams, marketing teams, and customer experience teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Understand current business processes and define future-state Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business objectives into scalable technical architectures.
- Provide strategic consulting to improve lead generation, sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Present architectural recommendations to business and executive stakeholders.
3. Salesforce Platform Expertise
Lead architecture across:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Marketing Cloud (Preferred)
- Account Engagement (Pardot) (Preferred)
Design enterprise solutions for:

5. Technical Leadership
- Lead teams of Technical Architects, Technical Leads, and Salesforce Developers.
- Provide architectural guidance across multiple Salesforce implementation projects.
- Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Establish Salesforce development standards and best practices.
- Mentor technical teams and support capability building.
- Drive technical governance across projects.
6. Development Oversight
Provide technical direction for:

8. Governance, Security & Compliance
- Define enterprise governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and organizational security policies.
- Establish data governance, access control, and audit standards.
- Define platform security architecture, role hierarchy, and sharing models.
- Ensure enterprise-level scalability and compliance.
9. Analytics & Business Performance
Define KPIs and reporting strategies for:

Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of overall IT experience with extensive Salesforce implementation experience.
- Strong hands-on implementation experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud and/or Account Engagement (Pardot) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Experience leading teams of Technical Architects, Technical Leads, and Developers.
- Strong experience conducting Discovery Workshops and engaging directly with business stakeholders.
- Expertise in enterprise solution architecture, integration architecture, and data architecture.
- Strong understanding of Lead-to-Revenue lifecycle and marketing/sales business processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or equivalent middleware, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and release management.
- Excellent communication, consulting, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise delivery models.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification (preferred).
- Experience with Customer 360, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, or Agentforce is an added advantage.
- Experience in global enterprise implementations and digital transformation programs.

The ideal candidate is a business-oriented Salesforce Senior Solution Architect with deep enterprise implementation experience who can lead architecture discussions, conduct business discovery workshops, mentor technical architects, design end-to-end Salesforce ecosystems, and drive enterprise transformation across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Cloud platforms.
