Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and digital documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and retrieval of project, customer, and internal documents.
- Maintain document registers, logs, and trackers.
- Verify documents for completeness, accuracy, and formatting.
- Scan, upload, archive, and manage electronic records.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and update required documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Support document control activities as per company procedures.
- Ensure all records are updated and easily accessible for audits and management reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in documentation, administration, back-office operations, or document control.
- Freshers with excellent documentation and computer skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good typing speed and document formatting skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of document management systems will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, defense, or technology companies.
- Familiarity with ISO documentation and quality records is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
