JOB PURPOSE
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in IB Diploma Programme (DP) Chemistry for Grades 11 and 12, ensuring outstanding academic outcomes while fostering inquiry, scientific thinking, research skills, and conceptual understanding aligned with the IB philosophy.
- Plan, deliver, assess, and continuously enhance learning experiences that develop students' analytical, experimental, and problem-solving skills while maintaining compliance with IB Standards and Practices.
- Contribute to the wider academic life of the school through pastoral care, curriculum development, collaborative planning, professional learning, laboratory safety, and active participation in co-curricular programmes and whole-school initiatives.
