We're looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in building and maintaining high-performance websites and web applications for our international clients.
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Full-Time WordPress Developer to manage both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. You will be responsible for building customized, responsive, and high-performing websites, maintaining site architecture, and ensuring maximum uptime and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Custom Development: Build custom, responsive WordPress themes and tailored plugins from scratch or based on provided designs (Figma/Adobe XD).
- Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor site performance, optimize page load speeds, and troubleshoot code, database, or server-level issues.
- Security & Backups: Implement robust security measures, conduct regular core/plugin updates, and manage automated backup routines.
- Integrations: Connect third-party APIs, payment gateways, marketing tools, and CRM systems seamlessly into WordPress environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with design, marketing, and content teams to translate wireframes into functional, SEO-friendly web pages. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in custom WordPress development.
- Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript (ES6+), and jQuery.
- Page Builders & Tools: Experience with Elementor, Gutenberg block development, or Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
- Workflow Tools: Working knowledge of Git version control, local development environments (e.g., LocalWP, DDEV), and REST APIs.
- Hosting & DNS: Familiarity with managing hosting platforms (e.g., WP Engine, Kinsta, AWS), staging environments, and DNS settings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of WooCommerce setup and custom hook/filter modifications.
- Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and technical SEO best practices. Experience with headless WordPress or modern JS frameworks (React, Vue.js).

- Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)
- Night Shift Only
- Working hours: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM Indian Standard Time (IST)
