Job Title: PPC Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Planning & Scheduling
Align production, routing, and capacity planning with 6-month sales forecasts.
Monitor daily production, machine utilization, and dispatch schedules.
Conduct daily morning meetings to review plans, dispatches, and shortages.
Create PRs and follow PO creation for imports and child parts.
Coordinate with Purchase & Logistics teams for shipments and urgent material requirements.
Maintain inventory of imported parts, semi-finished goods, and FG as per customer demand.
Work closely with warehouse teams for loading/unloading, pick-up requests, PN notices, and line feeding.
- Sales & Customer Coordination
Weekly meetings with Sales teams (India/China) for customer planning reviews.
Ensure delivery commitments are met against demand.
Issue Production Notices and track child part availability.
Ensure Production Notices are closed at month-end.
Plan parts and machines for PPAP and trial runs.
Follow SAP processes for PN, PR, PO, BOM changes, dispatch details, production orders, sales orders, and GRN.
Maintain IATF files and internal audit documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in production planning, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP processes and manufacturing workflows.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with IATF standards and internal audit practices preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
