Key Responsibilities:
✅ Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
✅ Drive employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
✅ Ensure HR policy implementation and statutory compliance.
✅ Manage HR operations, workforce planning, and change management.
✅ Analyze HR metrics and prepare MIS reports for leadership.
✅ Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
✔ MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
✔ 15+ years of HR experience, including 3–4 years in an HRBP or managerial role.
✔ Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, HR analytics, and stakeholder management.
