URGENT HIRING | CUSTOMER TEAM MANAGER
Meon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Customer Team Manager to lead the Business Analysis function, manage client requirements, mentor BAs, and drive successful project delivery in a fast-paced IT and SaaS Product environment.
IMPORTANT: Prior experience in handling or managing a Business Analyst team is mandatory. Experience managing 15–20+ BAs will be strongly preferred.

Position: Customer Team Manager
Location: Noida – Sector 62
Experience: 4–5 Years
Team Handling: BA team management experience mandatory
Industry: IT / SaaS-Based Product
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, mentor, and manage the BA team.
Allocate workload and monitor team performance and delivery.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Manage client and stakeholder communication.
Review BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, workflows, and BA documentation.
Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, and Delivery teams.
Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Track project requirements, timelines, KPIs, and MIS.
Drive process improvements and maintain BA best practices.
Ensure successful SaaS product/project delivery.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
4–5 years of experience as a Customer Team Manager.
Mandatory experience in BA team handling and management.
Experience managing 15–20+ BAs will be strongly preferred.
IT and SaaS/Product-based industry experience.
Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with CRM and Project Management tools.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Immediate Joiners preferred.
