The candidate should be capable of accurately studying drawings, calculating quantities, and preparing billing documents for construction projects. Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, cost calculations, reporting).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD for reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Strong understanding of Quantity Surveying principles and measurement techniques.
- Knowledge of building construction works, including RCC, masonry, finishing, and infrastructure works.
- Ability to prepare BOQs, estimates, and cost analyses.
- Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- 7 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer on residential building projects.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
