Remuneration : Best in Industry (Fixed + Performance Linked Variable )
Languages: Professional fluency in English (Compulsory). Knowledge of regional languages (Tamil / Kannada / Hindi) is a strong advantage.
Compensation: Best in Industry (Fixed + Variable).
Slab 1 : Annual CTC 3 LPA (Fixed + Variable)
Slab 2 : Annual CTC 4 LPA (Fixed + Variable)
Slab 3 : Annual CTC 5 LPA (Fixed + Variable)
