Job Summary
Hege Natural Mineral Water is seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply chain and Warehouse manager for our 20 liter bottled mineral water product. The ideal candidate will manage inbound Stock management, outbound distribution, warehousing, fleet management, and vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and quality-compliant delivery of products from Warehouse to Customer place.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer-first approach — ensuring timely delivery and quality customer experience at the doorstep.
- Team Trainings on SOPs and Customers First approach.Should lead by example.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and delivery at the doorstep.
- Optimize delivery routes and fleet utilization to reduce transportation costs and improve delivery timelines.
- Oversee warehouse operations including inventory management, stock rotation (FIFO), and space utilization.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with transporters and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Monitor key logistics KPIs — on-time delivery, freight cost per case, damage/breakage rate, order fulfillment rate, and customer outstanding.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Procurement teams to align dispatch schedules with demand forecasts.
- Handle escalations related to delayed deliveries, damaged goods, or cash disputes.
- Ensure outstanding balance at the doorstep shall be zero.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce logistics costs and improve service levels.
- Build and maintain a happy and satisfied direct team — drivers, delivery assistants, and sales team.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Frugal in actions and decision-making — cost-conscious mindset.
- Experience managing cash collection and outstanding recovery processes at the last mile.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel to field, warehouses, and pan-India locations as required.
- 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Delivery Performance — On-time delivery percentage and order fulfillment success rate, with a target of zero delivery failures caused by logistics issues (vehicle breakdown, route planning, dispatch delays, etc.).
- Customer Experience — Reduction in customer escalations/complaints related to delivery, and overall doorstep customer satisfaction score.
- Cost Efficiency — Last-mile logistics cost per jar, tracked against budget/targets, along with overall logistics cost as a percentage of sales.
- Warehouse & Fleet Standards — Warehouse and delivery team hygiene, safety, and process compliance, including stock rotation (FIFO) adherence and vehicle upkeep.
- Inventory Management — Stock accuracy and availability at warehouses/depots, minimizing stock-outs and ensuring adequate buffer for demand fulfillment.
- Financial Discipline — Customer outstanding balance, with a target of zero outstanding at the doorstep/last mile.
- Team Capability — Training levels and skill development of the direct team (drivers, delivery assistants, warehouse staff), along with team satisfaction and retention.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
