Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Technical Support – Sales & Service professional who can provide technical and commercial support to our sales team and customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of industrial process instrumentation along with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents.
- Respond to technical and commercial queries from customers promptly.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations whenever required.
- Provide dispatch clearances and invoicing details to logistics and finance teams.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business analysis for management.
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Sales Support, Inside Sales, Application Engineering, or a related technical role.
- Experience in industrial automation, process instrumentation, or industrial products will be preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
