Job Summary
We are looking for a US Non-IT Recruiter to support hiring for non-technical roles across the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sourcing, and candidate management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for non-IT positions through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Build talent pipelines for ongoing hiring requirements.
- Ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of recruitment experience (Freshers may apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
