- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of admission counselors to achieve enrollment targets
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and track performance
- Personally handle student inquiries and convert leads into admissions
- Conduct counselling sessions with prospective students and parents
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, and conversion rates of team members
- Train and mentor counsellors to improve communication and closing skills
- Develop and implement strategies to increase admissions and lead conversion
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the admission process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2–3 years of experience in sales/admissions, preferably in education or edtech
- Experience in handling or mentoring a team is an advantage
- Proven ability to achieve both individual and team targets
- Strong communication, counselling, and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
