Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into enrollments.
- Engage leads via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Achieve monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Track conversion rates and revenue metrics.
- Collaborate with the team while meeting individual goals.
Requirements
- Prior B2C sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong target orientation and closing ability.
- Resilient, confident, and self-motivated.
- Ability to learn product details quickly.
- Computer Science or technical background preferred, not mandatory.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
