Coimbatore and Gummidipoondi manufacturing plants, customer locations, supplier facilities, project sites, government departments, industry associations, conferences, and international business engagements as required. Need to Travel for new recycling plant set up in other part of India and should have experience in Greenfield project set up

Position Summary
The Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, operational performance, profitability, governance, compliance, and growth of all manufacturing operations and business units of JC Global.
The COO shall oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations including recycled polymer granules, polymer pyrolysis oil operations, utilities, maintenance, quality, supply chain, projects, EHS, ESG, administration, legal compliance, industrial relations, and business expansion initiatives.
The role requires a highly accomplished manufacturing leader with strong commercial acumen, multi-plant management experience, and a proven track record in scaling operations while maintaining operational excellence and profitability.
The COO will work closely with the CMD, Board, Leadership Team, customers, suppliers, investors, auditors, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.

Experience
- Minimum 20+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.

- Strong exposure to plastics, petrochemicals, polymers, recycling, chemicals, process industries, energy, or circular economy sectors.
- Proven P&L management experience.
- Experience managing large teams and complex manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated success in plant expansions and operational scaling.
