- Drive sales of in-house manufactured PCP airguns across the Indian domestic market through dealers, distributors, shooting academies, sports retailers, and institutional buyers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners while identifying and onboarding new dealers and distributors across India.
- Conduct regular market visits, dealer meetings, product demonstrations, and customer interactions to promote company products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, revenue goals, and market expansion objectives independently.
- Handle complete sales coordination from lead generation to order closure, dispatch follow-up, payment collection, and after-sales coordination.
- Maintain updated knowledge of PCP airgun products, specifications, accessories, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Represent the company at shooting events, exhibitions, competitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities whenever required.
- Prepare sales reports, dealer feedback reports, market intelligence inputs, and sales forecasts for management review.
- Manage customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and market penetration in the Indian shooting sports and recreational market.
- Handle independently the complete domestic sales function with accountability for business development and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
