We are seeking an experienced, highly service-oriented Longevity Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and guest experience of our premium longevity and wellness centre.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a longevity, preventive health, wellness, medical wellness, or high-end health optimisation centre, combined with strong luxury hospitality and guest experience expertise.
The Longevity Manager will be responsible for ensuring that every client receives a seamless, personalised and exceptional experience — from their initial consultation and assessment through their programmes, treatments, follow-ups and ongoing engagement.
This role requires a strong understanding of longevity and wellness services, excellent operational discipline, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead a high-performing, hospitality-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Own the end-to-end client journey, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience across all touchpoints.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and understand their individual goals, preferences and expectations.
- Ensure clients are warmly welcomed, properly briefed and supported throughout their visits and programmes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value/VIP clients and proactively address their needs.
- Monitor client feedback, satisfaction and retention, implementing improvements where required.
- Maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with premium clientele.
2. Longevity Programme Coordination
- Coordinate client journeys across assessments, diagnostics, consultations, treatments, therapies, nutrition, fitness and other longevity services.
- Work closely with doctors, clinicians, therapists, nutritionists, trainers and other specialists to ensure continuity of care and service.
- Ensure appointments and client programmes are coordinated efficiently and delivered according to established protocols.
- Track client progress, follow-ups and programme milestones in collaboration with the clinical team.
- Ensure that clients understand their programme, schedule and next steps.
3. Hospitality & Service Excellence
- Establish and maintain luxury hospitality standards across the centre.
- Ensure the centre consistently delivers a warm, personalised, discreet and premium guest experience.
- Develop and implement SOPs and service standards covering reception, appointments, treatment flow, communication and follow-up.
- Anticipate client needs and create memorable experiences beyond basic service delivery.
- Manage escalations and resolve client concerns quickly and professionally.
- Ensure the physical environment, ambience and service delivery reflect the positioning of a premium longevity destination.
4. Team Leadership
- Motivate the front-office, guest experience and relevant operational teams.
- Establish clear performance standards and accountability across the team.
- Conduct regular team briefings and service reviews.
- Train team members on hospitality, client communication, service recovery and longevity-centre protocols.
- Foster a culture of ownership, attention to detail, empathy and continuous improvement.
5. Operations & Commercial Performance
- Oversee daily centre operations and ensure smooth coordination between clinical, wellness and hospitality functions.
- Monitor appointment schedules, capacity utilisation and operational efficiency.
- Work with the commercial team to support programme conversions, renewals, memberships and client retention.
- Identify opportunities to enhance revenue through appropriate programme upgrades, additional services and membership engagement.
- Track key operational and commercial KPIs, including client satisfaction, retention, repeat visits, utilisation and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all centre policies, SOPs, safety standards and applicable regulations.
Experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in premium wellness, longevity, preventive health, medical wellness, luxury hospitality or a similar environment.
- Prior experience working in a longevity centre or health optimisation centre is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, concierge services or premium customer experience.
- Experience managing teams and day-to-day operations.
- Strong understanding of high-touch client service and relationship management.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information appropriately.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Healthcare Management, Wellness, Business Management, Life Sciences or a related field preferred.
- Additional qualifications in hospitality, wellness, health coaching or longevity are an advantage.
