About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Palantir Expert to design, build, and manage enterprise data solutions using Palantir Foundry/Gotham. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in ontology design, pipeline development, and application building within the Palantir ecosystem, along with a solid foundation in data engineering and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and workflows within Palantir Foundry.
Build and manage ontologies, object types, and data models in Palantir.
Develop applications and workflows using Code Workbook, Contour, Workshop, and Slate.
Integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple source systems into Palantir Foundry.
Implement data transformation logic using Python/PySpark within Foundry pipelines.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data scientists to translate requirements into Palantir-based solutions.
Manage data security, access controls, and governance policies within the platform.
Optimize pipeline performance and troubleshoot data quality/processing issues.
Participate in platform upgrades, architecture reviews, and best-practice implementation.
Document technical designs, data flows, and Foundry application architecture.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering / Software Development.
Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (Ontology, Pipelines, Code Workbook, Contour, Workshop, Slate, Object Explorer).
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data integration concepts.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
Understanding of data governance, security, and access control frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have:
Palantir Foundry certification(s).
Experience working in regulated industries (BFSI, Healthcare, Defense/Govt).
Exposure to Databricks/Snowflake or other cloud data platforms.
Experience with CI/CD for data pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Airflow).
Prior experience in platform implementation/migration projects.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
