Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–3 Years
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support through Live Chat.
- Troubleshoot POS/Software/SaaS-related issues.
- Handle support tickets and customer queries.
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Experience in Technical Support / Chat Support / SaaS / IT Helpdesk.
- Excellent written English & typing skills.
- Good troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with rotational/night shifts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
