Job Title: QA Engineer (Freshers)

Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented QA Engineers to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Manual and Automation Testing, excellent communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Manual Testing concepts and SDLC/STLC
- Understanding of Automation Testing (academic project or internship exposure preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Selenium, Java/Python, or any automation tool is a plus
- Understanding of API testing using Postman is an advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong learning attitude and professional approach
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases and report defects accurately
- Assist in developing and maintaining automation test scripts
- Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing
- Validate application functionality and document test results
- Collaborate with developers and senior QA engineers to resolve issues
- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and release validation
- Continuously learn modern QA tools, automation frameworks, and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or academic project in Software Testing or QA
- Basic knowledge of Git, SQL, or API Testing
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
