Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for hiring talented professionals across multiple departments for our real estate project. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Post jobs on Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
- Source quality candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews with department heads and management.
- Coordinate candidate follow-ups until joining.
- Maintain recruitment database and hiring reports.
- Build a pipeline of future candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation of new employees.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure hiring is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and coordination abilities.
- Ability to hire multiple positions simultaneously.
- MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
