Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to international standards
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation as per ship regulations
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Ensure proper food storage and inventory control
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel, restaurant, or cruise kitchen
- Basic knowledge of international cuisine
- Good communication skills (English preferred)
- Physically fit and ready to work onboard
- Relevant hotel management or culinary certification (preferred)
