Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational processes.
- Ensure all business processes are followed as per company policies and SOPs.
- Track process timelines and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Purchase, Accounts, and Customer Service teams.
- Maintain process documentation, reports, and MIS records.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for better efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Follow up with internal departments to resolve pending issues.
- Monitor process compliance and maintain quality standards.
- Assist management in implementing new systems and operational procedures.
- Handle data entry, documentation, and record management.
- Perform other operational and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
