The jobholder has to demonstrate a deep understanding of the business value drivers and their interactions, creating a big picture of the outcomes of a decision. Although complex and granular, this understanding and the resulting opinions must be clear and simple, based on common sense and focusing on the key priorities for the company.
It requires a good understanding of the business and an ability to ask the right questions to the right people, i.e. to create an effective and cross-functional network.
The analyses performed can be related to many different aspects of the organization, in any geography, function or production process
The role holder will lead the regional budgeting, financial forecasts, to align region objective with global business plan. For this responsibility, the role holder will need to leverage the Global & plant controllership organization as well as the global FPA team.
