Position: Customer Support Executive – Luxury Process
Experience Required:
Minimum 6 months of on-paper BPO experience (Voice/Customer Support Process)
Salary:
Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month
Shift Timing:
Morning Shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
Working Days:
6 Days a Week
### Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Deliver a premium customer experience with every interaction.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and process guidelines.
- Escalate complex customer concerns when required.
- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and process compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals.
### Eligibility Criteria
✔ Minimum **6 months of on-paper BPO experience** is mandatory.
✔ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
✔ Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Immediate joiners will be given preference.
