Job Summary
Responsible for sales MIS, data analysis, reporting, and sales billing, ensuring accuracy and timely business reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales data and prepare daily/monthly MIS reports.
- Analyse sales performance, trends, and variances.
- Handle sales billing, invoice verification, and billing coordination.
- Coordinate with Sales & Finance teams for billing and data requirements.
- Maintain accurate master data and ERP records.
- Support management with customized reports and presentations.
- Identify data/billing discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate.
- 3–5 years experience in MIS, sales reporting, or billing.
- Strong MS Excel skills – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, Charts.
- ERP/SAP experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
