Job Title: Assistant Spa Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Spa Manager to support daily spa operations, drive sales, maintain service excellence, and lead the spa team to deliver exceptional guest experiences within a hotel spa environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day spa operations and guest service delivery
- Drive spa revenue through memberships, retail sales, and service promotions
- Supervise spa therapists and ensure grooming, discipline, and performance standards
- Handle guest queries, appointments, feedback, and complaint resolution
- Monitor daily reports, inventory, stock management, and operational records
- Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Conduct team briefings and support training and development initiatives
- Ensure hygiene, SOP compliance, and brand standards are maintained
Requirements:
- Experience in Spa / Salon / Wellness / Hospitality operations preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with team handling ability
- Knowledge of spa operations and guest experience management
- Ability to work in shifts and hotel environment
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: As per industry standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
