TELE Position: Tele caller / COUNSELOR
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
- Answer inbound customer calls and resolve queries.
- Explain products, services, or offers clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Follow up with customers regarding products, services, or payments.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly calling targets.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Polite and professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of local languages and English (often preferred).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (12th pass) or graduate, depending on the employer.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
