Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience to clients, investors, and VIP guests across premium real estate projects.
- Manage customer lounge operations, client reception, site visit hospitality, events, and guest relations.
- Ensure luxury service standards and a seamless customer journey throughout the sales and post-sales experience.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Marketing, Administration, and Facility teams to enhance the overall client experience.
- Train and supervise front-office and hospitality staff to maintain premium service quality.
- Handle VIP visits, customer feedback, and service recovery with professionalism.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality Management.
- 3–7 years of experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is mandatory.
- Experience with luxury hotels, resorts, or premium hospitality brands will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, guest relations, and team management skills.
- A customer-centric mindset with impeccable grooming and service etiquette.
- This position is with a leading real estate company, but applications are invited only from candidates with a hotel/hospitality industry background.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
