About the role
11 Minds is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead design output across print, packaging, and digital — someone with sharp creative instinct, hands-on FMCG experience, and the ability to think in motion, not just static frames.
What you'll do
- Own design direction for client projects — packaging, print collateral, digital campaigns, and brand identities
- Bring FMCG category expertise — packaging design, shelf impact, label compliance, and mass-market visual language
- Create and guide motion graphics for social, ad campaigns, and brand films
- Lead and mentor a small design team — reviewing work, setting quality bars, unblocking creative problems
- Translate client briefs into concepts that are both bold and brand-safe
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in graphic design, with proven FMCG/packaging project experience
- Strong portfolio showing both print and motion work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) + After Effects
- Leadership experience — managing designers, giving feedback, owning deadlines
- Eye for detail, speed without sacrificing quality
- Bonus: experience with jewellery, food, or FMCG brand campaigns
