We're looking for a skilled Meta Ads Specialist who understands how to build profitable advertising campaigns that drive awareness, leads, footfall, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Create campaign strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Build complete marketing funnels for awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign objectives.
- Track and report KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, Leads, Sales, and Conversion Rate. - Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure content is created with advertising performance in mind.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features, strategies, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys.
- Experience generating leads, sales, and measurable business growth through paid advertising.
- Strong knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign scaling, and budget optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Experience with Google Ads is an added advantage.
