Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing business team. In this role, you will drive the sales of premium villas design & build and luxury farmhouses design & build in and around Bangalore. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the Bangalore real estate market, thrives on achieving targets, and excels at building strong relationships with high-net-worth clients from first contact to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outbound Sales: Actively engage in cold calling, follow up on marketing leads, and utilize networking strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Consultations: Understand client requirements, budget constraints, and investment goals to pitch the most suitable villa or plot projects.
- Site Visits & Inspections: Schedule, coordinate, and lead personalized site visits for prospective buyers, showcasing the unique value propositions of our properties.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing, payment structures, and terms of sale efficiently to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with the latest trends, upcoming infrastructure projects, and competitive landscape in the Bangalore real estate ecosystem.
- Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales, specifically dealing in premium villas, farmhouses, gated communities, or land/plot sales.
- Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Bangalore and suburban real estate market geography, property valuation, and buying behaviors.
- Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
- Core Competencies: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. High resilience and proficiency in handling cold calls and objection handling.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and personal vehicle for frequent travel to project sites.
