Dbrains Infosystem is looking for a skilled and motivated Printer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing printers and multifunction devices at customer locations while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, configure and maintain laser, inkjet and multifunctional printers.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues related to printers.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
- Replace faulty components such as rollers,fusers,drums, print heads and toner units.
- Configure printers on network and USB connections.
- Respond to customer service calls and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain service reports and documentation for completed jobs.
- Coordinate with the technical support team for escalated issues.
- Experience : 1-3 years, Good knowledge of HP,Canon, Epson,Brother, Kyocera, Ricoh
Qualification : Diploma/ITI/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, computer hardware, Electrical or a related field.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
