Job Summary
Management of day-to-day pharmacy operations
Inventory Management

Documentation, Maintenance of records and regulatory compliance
Maintaining compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical regulations

Requirement
Valid Rajasthan Pharmacist License
2–5 years of experience with Pharmaceutical Company, Healthcare Organization, or
similar organization
Jaipur-based candidates preferred
Computer Proficiency Mandatory
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with pharmacy/ERP software (Marg ERP preferred)
Good Communication and Organizational Skills
Customer Relationship Management
Efficiently manage Individual as well as Team-oriented tasks

Key Competencies
Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations in compliance with pharmaceutical regulations,
company SOPs, and quality standards.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, operations, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, logistics partners, distributors, hospitals,
pharmacies, and customers for timely procurement, dispatch, and order fulfilment.
Hands-on experience with ERP, billing software, GST billing, order processing, invoicing,
and dispatching.
Ensure compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Cold Chain Management for
temperature-sensitive medicines.
Manage inventory, including stock receipt, storage, batch tracking, stock reconciliation,
physical verification, expiry monitoring, and replenishment.
Excellent documentation, organizational, communication, coordination, problem-solving,
accuracy, and accountability skills.
Monitor official emails and coordinate effectively with internal and external teams to fulfil
obligation.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory, billing, and operational reports.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, billing, stock movements, temperature logs,
dispatches, and operational documents.
Handle customer and internal queries related to medicines, billing, inventory, order
status, and dispatch.
Managing audits, maintaining confidentiality, and performing additional operational or
administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
