Managing incoming and outgoing calls from leads customer queries on treatment
Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls as well as compliant calls
Generate sales end of the day from received data from the concern department
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet target oriented and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies accordingly your process
Proven customer support experience or experience as a patient service representative.
Requirements:
Minimum graduation with 5-10 years of experience in customer care in sales process
Familiarity with CRM systems technical knowledge for data updating in the system
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
Excellent communication and presentation skills in the voice process for this position
Preferred ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively in the process
Should be Proficient in Bengali and Hindi languages speaking ability is an advantage
Preferred candidates who are willing to relocate Hyderabad for work from office position.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
