The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for expanding the company's Bio Input business by developing new customers, strengthening dealer and distributor networks, increasing product sales, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires strong knowledge of agricultural products, market development, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and institutional customers.
Conduct market surveys to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
Expand the dealer/distributor network.
Marketing
Promote Bio Input products through field demonstrations and promotional activities.
Organize farmer meetings, product awareness programs, and training sessions.
Coordinate with the marketing team for branding and promotional campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Provide technical guidance regarding Bio Input products.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain customer database and sales records.
Submit market intelligence and competitor analysis to management.
Coordination
Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and sales support teams.
Ensure timely order processing and product delivery.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
