Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Management Trainees to join our Marketing and Business Development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a technical or environmental background who want to leverage their knowledge into a rewarding commercial career. You will undergo hands-on training to understand our market, build client relationships, and drive business growth across key industrial hubs in Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify potential industrial clients and decision-makers in assigned territories (Vapi, Ankleshwar, Vadodara, Ahmedabad).
- Client Acquisition: Connect with prospective B2B clients, understand their requirements, and pitch our technical/environmental solutions or services.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and new clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Assist the senior management team in executing marketing campaigns, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline stages, and daily sales activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education Background (Mandatory): * B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering / B.Sc. in Environmental Science * MBA (Marketing)
- Experience: Freshers / Entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to grasp technical and environmental concepts quickly.
- Proactive attitude with a strong drive to meet business goals.
- Travel: Willingness to travel locally within the assigned region for client meetings.
What We Offer
- Salary: Up to ₹2,50,000 Per Annum (approx. ₹20,000 - ₹21,000 per month fixed base, with performance-based incentives).
