About the Role
Vortexen Dynamics Industrial Solutions is looking for an HR Consulting Specialist who can provide professional HR consulting services to external clients.
The role is not limited to internal HR operations. The specialist will work directly with clients to understand their workforce and organizational challenges, assess existing HR practices, develop recommendations, create HR systems and documentation, and support clients with implementation.
The ideal candidate should have strong HR knowledge combined with excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and client-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client meetings to understand HR and organizational requirements.
- Assess existing HR policies, processes, structures, and practices.
- Conduct HR audits and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop customized HR strategies and recommendations.
- Support workforce planning and organizational structuring.
- Develop job descriptions, roles, responsibilities, and reporting structures.
- Advise clients on recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Develop onboarding and employee-management frameworks.
- Design performance management and appraisal systems.
- Develop employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Develop HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Support compensation and benefits structure development.
- Assist clients with employee lifecycle processes.
- Develop training and employee development frameworks.
- Prepare HR assessment reports and consulting recommendations.
- Present findings and recommendations to client management.
- Support clients during implementation of recommended HR solutions.
- Monitor implementation progress and provide follow-up recommendations.
- Maintain professional relationships with client organizations.
- Identify additional HR requirements and consulting opportunities.
Client-Facing Responsibilities
- Conduct professional client consultations.
- Understand and document client requirements.
- Present HR assessments and recommendations.
- Explain HR policies and processes to management.
- Participate in management discussions and review meetings.
- Coordinate with client HR and management teams.
- Handle client questions and provide professional guidance.
- Prepare periodic client reports and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related discipline.
- Relevant experience in HR, HR consulting, people operations, or organizational development.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and manage client assignments.
- Ability to present recommendations professionally.
Preferred Experience
- Previous HR consulting experience.
- Experience working with multiple clients.
- Experience developing HR policies and systems.
- Experience conducting HR audits.
- Experience with recruitment and workforce planning.
- Experience with SMEs or corporate organizations.
- UAE/GCC HR experience is an advantage.
