The company is headquartered in Mumbai with an independent National Reference Laboratory (NRL) spread across 45,000 sq. ft. based in Navi Mumbai. The core facilities include all the major diagnostics services, preventive health check-ups, and an elaborate test menu. All the processing laboratories are operated by Lupin Diagnostics as a hub and spoke model. It includes Collection Centres, Pick-up Points, Hospital Laboratory Management, Retail Laboratory Management, and Home Collection PAN-India. The operations for Lupin Diagnostics have commenced from October 2021. Our experienced team of Pathologists, Microbiologists, and Geneticists, supported by a team of well-qualified technologists, ensures that every patient receives the best diagnostic care.

Role & responsibilities :
- He/she should have minimum 1 year of field sales experience promoting pathology laboratory tests in diagnostics industry.
- To visit doctors, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare facilities with a vision to increase the Business to Business (B2B) high end tests business for Lupin Diagnostics Limited.
- Identify and on-board new B2B clients (Hospitals, Clinics, etc.) within the assigned territory. Developing and maintaining strong relationship with clients for long term growth and success.
- Introduce the new tests and technologies and provide disorder/ diseases wise test solutions to the doctors, KOL and clients.
- Focusing more on Gynecology, IVF, Oncology, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, and other high end tests menu for better market reach.
- Responsible for sales negotiations with clients in the assigned geographies. Negotiate contracts and pricing based on company guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal lab operations team and cross-functional support teams for smooth on-boarding of clients and continuous service delivery.
- Ability to chase, achieve and exceed his/her monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, as defined by the company.
- Responsible for outstanding revenue from clients. Ensure timely collections of receivables.
- Identifying and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Increase client engagements through regular interactions, encourage promotional activities and product marketing.
- Research competitors and gather market information and share with the organization to implement various marketing initiatives effectively.
- To suggest innovative measures and avenues to enhance revenue and profitability based on competitor's activities.
- Attending sales review meetings to discuss target versus achievement, product promotion strategies, new launches, and future sales planning.
- Attending regular training programs for upskilling advanced high-end super specialty tests knowledge.
- Ensure to follow highest standards with respect to integrity and other values laid by the company at all times.
