Job Description
Munchief is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality designs for social media, ads, product creatives, e-commerce listings, website banners, sales material, and basic packaging edits.
The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, good speed, attention to detail, and the ability to create designs that make products look attractive and help the brand sell better.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, and promotional creatives
- Create product creatives for snacks, beverages, combos, offers, and launches
- Design ad creatives for Meta, Google, and marketplace campaigns
- Create Amazon, Flipkart, website, and quick-commerce listing images
- Design website banners, WhatsApp creatives, email banners, and landing page visuals
- Create brochures, catalogues, posters, sales decks, and retailer material
- Support packaging edits, label updates, stickers, and product mockups
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs
- Work with marketing, sales, e-commerce, and operations teams
- Organize design files and create reusable templates
Requirements
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience preferred
- Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Canva, Figma, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is a plus
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and branding
- Experience in social media creatives, ads, or e-commerce design preferred
- Packaging or print-ready file experience is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple design tasks and meet deadlines
- Must share a portfolio of previous work
Preferred Background
Experience with food, beverage, FMCG, D2C, e-commerce, retail, or agency brands will be preferred.
