Head of Human Resources

Eduflair is looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our growing HR function. This is not a traditional HR administration role. We are looking for a strong HR leader who can build systems, develop the HR team, drive performance, solve complex people challenges and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
- Build and drive Learning & Development initiatives
- Establish strong KRA/KPI and Performance Management systems
- Manage Employee Relations, engagement and organizational culture
- Oversee Compensation, Benefits and Payroll
- Strengthen HR Operations, SOPs, HRMS and employee lifecycle processes
- Lead, mentor and develop the HR team
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of practical HR experience
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed, top-tier business school/institution – Mandatory
- Proven experience across Talent Acquisition, L&D, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations
- Experience working in a credible, professionally managed organization
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR systems and processes
- Demonstrated ability to build systems and drive execution
- Native-level Malayalam communication
- Very strong English and Hindi communication skills
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and people-management skills
We are looking for a highly energetic, proactive and approachable HR leader who can take ownership of the HR function and build a high-performing team.
Only candidates with strong, proven practical HR leadership experience will be considered.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
