UX Design Intern
Location: Pune (On-site)

About the Internship
We are looking for a passionate and curious UX Design Intern who is eager to understand user behavior and create intuitive digital experiences. This internship offers hands-on exposure to user research, product design, usability testing, and real-world product development in a fast-growing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and observation.
Collect and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
Study market trends, competitor products, and industry best practices.
Understand user problems and convert insights into actionable design improvements.
Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and low/high-fidelity prototypes.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UI Designers, Developers, and Marketing teams.
Participate in usability testing and analyze test results.
Help improve the overall user experience of web and mobile applications.
Maintain UX documentation, research reports, and design guidelines.
Validate product ideas by interacting with real users.
Assist in feature planning and product discovery sessions.
Support A/B testing and measure user engagement where applicable.
Stay updated with the latest UX trends, design systems, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in UX Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
Familiarity with tools like Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
A portfolio showcasing academic or personal UX projects is a plus.
