This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Sourcing & Development Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new product opportunities, vetting global suppliers, and overseeing the end-to-end product development lifecycle from initial sampling to final quality control.
Product Discovery & Sourcing: Identify new product opportunities and vet global suppliers based on capabilities, MOQs, and legitimacy.
Sample & Development Management: Manage the end-to-end sampling process, iterating on baseline samples until a final "Golden Sample" is approved.
Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate Ex-Works (EXW) costs, Payment Terms, and custom tooling fees for initial and repeat orders.
Quality Control Oversight: Enforce strict quality standards during first-order manufacturing and resolve any dispatch issues before handing over to logistics.
10+ years of proven experience in product sourcing, product development, or supply chain management.
Strong ability to vet global suppliers and negotiate favorable commercial terms, including MOQs and EXW costs.
Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end sampling process and enforcing strict quality standards.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for seamless collaboration with international manufacturers.
Job Type: Full-time, Remote.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm UK time. Open to Weekend availability.
Pay: Starting from $400/month, subject to experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Language: Good English proficiency, C1 level or above, required.
Compliance: Must hold a valid passport and be compliant with local labor laws.
