Kharesiya Brands Pvt. Ltd. is a growing consumer products company with a portfolio across Baby Care, Home Care, Pet Care, Beauty, Electronics, and other FMCG categories. We operate across major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Quick Commerce, and our D2C channels.
We are looking for an experienced business leader to oversee day-to-day operations, improve business performance, and drive execution across functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations
- Lead daily business operations across departments.
- Monitor execution of business plans and operational priorities.
- Conduct regular business review meetings with functional teams.
- Ensure timely completion of key initiatives.
Revenue & Business Performance
- Support achievement of revenue and profitability goals.
- Monitor business performance through reports and dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
E-commerce & Marketplace Operations
- Oversee operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Quick Commerce, and D2C platforms.
- Improve inventory planning and product availability.
- Work closely with supply chain and category teams to reduce stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics and operational KPIs.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
- Develop managers and build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and performance-focused work environment.
Process Improvement
- Establish and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Implement reporting systems and operational dashboards.
- Improve coordination between departments for efficient execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 12+ years of leadership experience in consumer products, retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.
- Experience managing large-scale business operations, preferably in high-growth organizations.
- Strong understanding of online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and improving operational performance.
